Receive Email Bugnote Monitor

Hello guys,

The problem:
User: A,B,C
Project: P

I am in project 'P', the user 'A' created an issue to 'B' and has added my user, 'C', to the monitor list.
I quit develop the project 'P', but i am monitor in that issue.
The user 'B' added a bugnote.
I am not receiving any update in that issue in my email, cause i am not in the project.

Like an administrator or developer, what can i do to configure the mantis to still sending email to user 'C' ?

Thats quite weird since monitoring has no credential dependency (as far as I know). What you mean on "I am not in the project?".
