I have access to all the projects we have in Mantis as an Updater for "Access Level" and Manager for "Project Access Level". There is (at least) one ticket that I cannot access but everyone else in the company can! I get an "Access Denied" message when I try to access it either through a Jump or going direct using the ticket's URL. If I search keywords, it doesn't show up in the list of issues.
If I look through the issues by ticket number, that ticket is missing from my list!
I know I frequently have problems finding a ticket when I do a search on keywords but this is the first time I've seen the "Access Denied" message.
Any ideas?

Thanks. That's not it. Everyone else who has access to Mantis can view that ticket. Too strange.

Is there any reason why you use this outdated version?
It makes not much sense to search for problems which might be already fixed.
You could at least updated to latest stable version of 1.1.x or even better to latest 1.2.x version.

I have no idea who's maintaining Mantis for us. I'll see if I can find out. Was this a known problem?

There are a lot of changes and fixed bugs since version 1.1.2

At first sight there is not your special problem fixed, but sometimes the fix of one problem fixes also another one if there is a fix in one of the core scripts.
