APPLICATION ERROR #1901

Hi,
when sending a passwort reset as admin (or requesting it as user) the email reaches the recepient nearly immediately. But when our users click on the confirmation link mantisbt shows up the following error-message:
APPLICATION ERROR #1901

The confirmation URL is invalid or has already been used. Please signup again.

Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.
I haven't found anything about this in the mantisbt-bugtracker nor the forums. what goes wrong with our emails?

Anybody any joy resolving this issue as I have it and it's driving me mad! Grrr

I am having same problem with a new install. Have tried removing and recreating database tables, reinstalling scripts etc. Version is 1.0.0a3.

I think that this is being tracked under #5522 or #5655.

This thread is about five years old and for version 1.0.0a3 of MantisBT
Do you really mean "same problem"?

The version is 1.2.0rc2, when mail is received and the user opens the link will display the message

That's what I meant as "same problem" !!!

You should update to 1.2.0 final version (but still having problems) and additionally have a look at

for a workaround
