MantisBT 1.2.1 on Ubuntu 10.04LTS
I'm interested in setting up a system that will enable some time based events around reported issues.
eg if an issue isn't assigned to a developer within two hours, an email is sent to person(s) X.
I guess this starts to lean towards possible SLA situations, but isn't really about that (for my purposes) - so does anyone know if this can be handled by Mantis either through a plugin or some modifications.
I've seen some words around this regarding 1.3, but not sure on a timeline for a release on that.
