mantis does not show the title of my calls.

I made the server migration of my Mantis, before he was in a Windows 2003 SP2 and is now on a Windows 2008 R2.
I can log in and see all my calls, but I can not see the title of many called, why it happens, have you seen this?

As a first step I would check the server logs for any PHP warnings or errors.

When I change the file "C: \ inetpub \ wwwroot \ MantisBT \ library \ adodb \ drivers \ adodb-mssqlnative.inc.php \ adodb-mssqlnative.inc.php", placing the following parameters:

                 It comes with the titles, but the characters of the text is all crazy.

It seems you are using a quite old version of MantisBT with a quite new version of PHP (assuming that the file name of the attachment is for version 5.6.7).
I recommend to use the same PHP version that you used before.

No idea what happened, but did you notice that most of the dates of your second screen shot are wrong (year 1969).

Do you run version 1.1.8?
