Undelete user or at least be able to assign a name
One of our admins deleted the account of a significant team member who left the company. Now he shows as user20 or something like that, and his legacy is important to recognise in the database. Is there a way to restore him or at least show him with his proper name again?

Create a new user.
Set "id" of the newly created user in database table mantis_user_table to 20
Assign projects to the user

Thanks, once again, Atrol. Really appreciate your support and helpfulness. Have asked our tech to do this. Cheers
