Cannot copy users to subprojects

Is it correct functionality that I cannot copy a list of users from a project to a subproject using the "copy users to" button? The subprojects of my project are not in the project list.
If I try to do it vice versa, opening the subproject and use "copy users from" button, it is working.

i can reproduce the bug on 1.2.15 !

you should search if not exists on butracker, and inf not, create a new bug on it
