Hello everyone.
I am installing mantis version 1.2.14. I followed the instruction manual editing the file “config_inc.php” and restart apache. In doing so, the changes are displayed, but after a few seconds displays are by default settings. That is, load the settings file “config_defaults_inc.php”, regardless of the configuration file “config_inc.php”.
I ask help to know I'm doing wrong.
Thank you very much in advance.

Re: Reset to configuration
You should start with the latest stable version (1.2.15 at the moment)ratle_machine wrote: I am installing mantis version 1.2.14.
Hard to believe. You should double check thatratle_machine wrote:I followed the instruction manual editing the file “config_inc.php” and restart apache. In doing so, the changes are displayed, but after a few seconds displays are by default settings.
a) you made your changes in the right file in the right directory
b) you have the right URL in your browser (maybe you are visting your old instance of MantisBT)

Re: Reset to configuration
Thanks for your answer.
Without making any changes to any files, without restarting any services, the following occurs:
If I see the English page and the default setting, when clicking on a link, the page is displayed in Spanish and settings that exist in the file “config_inc.php”.
Another thing that happens is that the links expire quickly, this means that if for 1 minute does not refresh the window, clicking a link in the message indicating that the page has expired (Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE) ).
Surely this happens for a missing configuration in Apache.
I can guide you as to which parameter should I change apache.
Thanks.

Re: Reset to configuration
I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable version of MantisBT (1.2.15 at the moment).
Additional information listed below may be useful for finding the cause of the issue
- Exact version of PHP, Database, Web server and Operating System
- Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
- Installed plugins or custom functions ?
- Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?
