All the developers receive notifications

Hi everyone,
I have a problem. When the Administrator or reporter creates a new issue to one developer selected all the developers are receiving the same issue through the email, but i want that only the developer selected must to be notified by his email.

Anyone know how to configure that in the section "e-mail notification" ?

Disable the check box "Status changes to 'new'" for developers on page "Manage" > "Manage Configuration" > "E-mail Notifications"

Hello again, i have other problem, when I change the issue's status to Acepted, all developers receive it by e-mal notification about that change, but i want only the manager receive the notification of the change and not all developers.
How do i do this?
