Views/Reports auto generated in MantisHub

Is it possible to have the Export View and Print Reports automated to run daily/weekly in MantisHub?

I ask because we are on the Starter level and support says we do not get any support. What makes me nervous is that if there is an outage (can't access the site, data corruption or something else that prevents us from using it --- so a showstopper), it could impact our business efforts. If we could have a crontab for daily/weekly reports that overwrite the previous files created, this would become our backup.

Thanks in advance for any help or insight.....

Don't expect to get support for MantisHub in this forum, as this forum is the MantisBT forum.

Thanks, the link could be useful although I do not have MySql on my laptop (yet).

As for support on MantisHub, Mantis Support told me this is the only place I could find any answers. They did not say "support", but they did say that MantisHub is the same as MantisBT in the cloud. I know neither so take that on some blind faith. So far, it seems to be true. I do agree that there could be MantisHub-specific issues and I sent a note to Victor suggesting a new category here for that purpose --- there must be others using MantisHub who want to discuss, ask questions, convene for that purpose and at present there is no where to go.

It might be bold to assume, but if MantisHub follows the same code management style as others in the cloud then there should be no functional difference that is not cloud related.

Oh, and I logged a feature request for this in the MantisBT portal as it could be useful to Mantis/BT users as well. Sure, my reasoning is because of a MantisHub issue but that does not make it useless to others.

I can't tell you that much about MantisHub, you have to ask MantisHub Support / Victor.
AFAIK it's nearly the original MantisBT with some closed source extensions / plugins, e.g. the "Backup" stuff is not available in standard MantisBT.
