Searching for issues with specific words in the summary

I can't quite get my head around how the "View Issues" feature works. I want to display all issues that either have the word email in the summary.
Pretty sure this is in the view issues page. Where it has filter you can type a word and it will collect all relevant info for the issue with that summary.
This is of course in 2.5.1 btw
