Is there any problem if I use PHP 5.4.45 instead of 5.5 with MantisBT 2.0 ?
It works perfectly, but i'm asking if some problems may appear .

Do you really expect to get a clear yes/no answer for this?
It would mean that someone takes the time to setup such an environment and tests that all possible MantisBT configuration / functionality works with it.
If it works perfectly for you, use it as long as you don't fear any security issues.
If you get any error, first check if the error occurs when using a newer PHP version.
If so, this might be a MantisBT bug. If not, update your PHP installation.
Keep in mind, there is enough reason to stop using PHP 5.4 in general http://php.net/supported-versions.php
