How sending an attachment in an email report

Hi,

I would like that the file picture that I have attached when creating my bug report shall be sent with the e-mail notification to the developper.

Is that possible ? If yes, how do I activate this feature. If not it would be great to add this possibility by adding such an option in the e-mail prefs.
