Hello,

I need some help. In our company i am the new admin of Mantis, so we need to extract detailed reports from our bug system tracer ( MANTIS).
Currently we are upgrading in Mantis 1.2.19. As plugin i have installed:

Email Reporting 0.9.1
Import/Export issues 1.0
Mantis Graphs 1.0
MantisBT Formatting 1.0b

Could anyone, give some suggestion, how can we have detailed reports ( how many day an issue is open, how many hour/min, maby some graphic etc)
Olso, i need to know if someone had this issue before: when i try to go SUMMERY- [ Per state ] [ Per priority ] [ Per severity ] [ Per category ] [ Per resolution ], i get the same page error " Unable to read/find font "

This is fantastic. Actually i'm using this plugin. but i was searching for smth that tells me the min, hour etc. because the plugin tell only the days.

I think it shows hours and minutes as well...

Very interesting but, i don't know why in my mantisstas this option is not.

Maby it should be on mantis as a field ?
