The gey line separates the so called "sticky" issues from other issues.

But the sticky header doesn´t work in every case. if i see all Projects there is a "sticky header" between the sticky and non-sticky issues. if i change to the Project where these issues are placed, there is noc sticky header anymore, but the issues are still sticky.
i use 1.3.1

Oh I am sorry, it works even in Projects. i just had some filteroptions on, so when i deleted this filter ist works fine and the sticky header was shown again.

Check that "Show Sticky Issues:" is enabled in the filter settings of the specific project.
