Excluding terms from search

Hi guys,

We're using Mantis as a help desk for keeping track of problems.

As such we've got an automated system sending emails to notify us of problems via email.

However, these emails are cluttering up the unassigned bugs meaning the problems submitted by users aren't getting as much visibility for the team as we'd like.

How can I create a filter that doesn't show these automated issues that are being created?

I can't see a way to "exclude" a reporter (which would be ideal) and I also can't seen to make a "-" search term that works when I want to show everything BUT the logs from the system monitor - e.g. a search like "* -[sysmon]".

Any ideas how I can do that?
