Mails not sent

Hi ,

we are having problems in receiving login related and other emails from Mantis application for past one week, we checked in server the SMTP is fine, application is run from Windows server, error source is "Zend WinEnabler" the error we are receiving in Event viewer - everytime we send email is "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

we are using version 1.1.6 and please advise if it is because of the version.
