How to use Time Tracking Feature

Hi all.
We need to understand how time tracking feature works in Mantis.
Basically we need to track the time slot between the stages in life cycle of issue/bug viz. 15 mins for Assigned to Work In Progress, 45 mins for Work In Progress to Submitted for review, 30 mins for Submitted for review to Ready to test.

Is there any report which can be extracted from Mantis regarding time take for each stage of bug if multiple users are involved during bug life cycle.

Also please let us know any contact number where we can call regarding the same.
