I am new to Mantis, trying to explore various configuration allowed in it. I found some strange thing happening, earlier a "Reporter" was allowed to report a new issue in Mantis but from couple of days...whenever a "Reporter" clicks on "Report Issue" link, he gets access denied message
However I had granted access to Reporter to Report an issue in Workflow threshold.
Please suggest me why is it happening and how to resolve this issue.
