I dont have that field in my Mantis! Is it in the "Report Issue" tab? Do you have to configure that option?

I'm sorry but in the "View Issues" page you can search for but where do you "say" that one defect is related to another?
Shouldn't it be in the "Report Issue" page?

Your screenshot shows the bug update page.
To get the page I mean you have to click an issue number, for example in "My View" or "View Issues" page, not the pencil
