Troubles with Mantis after installation PHP 4.3.11

After I installed PHP 4.3.11 Mantis doesn't work any more. (application error 300).
I've upgraded Mantis till the last version (0.19 -> 0.19.2) -> error dissapeared, but some users get @10@ @20@ etc. instead of field values. And some users still can't enter to Mantis.

Help!

The missing field values may be related to some custom_string changes that were made in the intervening versions. If you have language specific customizations in custom_strings_inc.php, the variable that determines the language is now "$g_active_language".
