How to Upload File in a PROJECT

Hi,

How to Upload File in a PROJECT , there is no option to upload a doc in a PROJECT created.I have installed mantis 1.2.17.

Please help....

Not sure if I understand what you mean.
Maybe this is what you want.
Add the following line to file config_inc.php
