-> Why we must specifiy the project and categories when we configure th API ( I think if we have 1000000 catogries, how manage this )
-> What is the format of the incoming mail

Please where to put this code in order to change default values which are not mandatory to mandatory, why we must modify a code, there is no option to activate on UI, I think it is very logique.

Yes I know this , but i would like an example of bug creation with SOAP, a real example in bugzilla i can do :

I don't know if this is possible and how to do it.
