Summary	0009683: Redirect error on login
Description	Introduced in r5646 by prichards. Login from http://localhost/mantis/login_page.php leads to http://localhost/mantis/http%3A//localhost/mantis/my_view_page.php, which is an invalid page. Reverting to r5645 resolves the issue.
