Summary0009421: Manage link disappears in administrator account when manage_project_treshold is set to DEVELOPER
Description

As we need project managers to be able to create new versions, sub-projects etc. we set manage_project_treshold to DEVELOPER via the "Manage configuration" interface in mantis. Since then the "Manage" link isn't available (= not shown) in the Administrator account anymore. However it still appears in the other profiles, e.g. manager profiles.

This issue is not reproducible with the current version of MantisBT.

We recommend that you upgrade to the latest stable version [1]; if after doing so the problem persists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue, with additional relevant information.
