The admin/upgrade_warning.php page refers to the non existant upgrade_list.php.

Thanks, it works now.
But there is another broken link. After successful install/upgrade, the Continue button at the end of admin/install.php refers to login_page.php, which resolves to admin/login_page.php, which doesn't exist.
