Summary	0009372: I can't view filters in "view all bugs"
Description	Hi, please excuse my poor english. I upgrade mantis from 1.0.0rc4 to 1.1.2 and now I can't view filters in view_all_bug_page. When I click on view all bugs, the filters appear only one second and disappear immediately. Please Help !!
