Hi i got a problem.

UserA is reporter in Project1
UserB is Developer in Project1

by default every user is reporter.
if set the configuration file to show only own Tickets to the reporter.

When i log in as UserB i cannot see anything in the Overview if is set View to show "All Projects"

Project1 is private...and the ticket UserA created there is public

no matter if i change Project1 from priv to pub....UserB as assigned developer in Project1 cannot see the Ticket in "All Projects".
He must switch to "Project1" to see whats goin on there.
