Summary0009071: Action buttons not visible
Description

When there are a lot of custom fields, the Action buttons (Update Issue, Assign To, Change Status To, etc.) on the “Viewing Issue Simple/Advanced Details” page is not directly visible. One must scroll down to the buttons. This is not very convenient. Sugestion is to add configuration option for displaying Action buttons above or below the “Issue Details”
(like also supported for the Filterbox)

There is an option $g_action_button_position since version 1.2 which can be set to
POSITION_TOP, POSITION_BOTTOM, or POSITION_BOTH
