Summary0009013: "Summary" page does not honor config value 'bug_resolved_status_threshold'
Description

Bugs that have status that is set as resolved in bug_resolved_status_threshold variable are considered as opened on "Summary" page. That is because the resolved status is set to RESOLVED, not to the value of bug_resolved_status_threshold variable.
System gives false statistics on "Summary" page
