It's persisting.
Could you change the word "raquo" in the description of the 0008908 issue.

For information the "W3C Feed Validation Service" write :

This feed does not validate.

The 8908 issue is again on the last updated issues list.
And now my RSS reader "RRSOwl" is down again.

Error on line 115: The entity "raquo" was referenced, but not declared.

Could you explain me what I have to do ?

Hello

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with mantis.

A Possible Fix for this issue has been commited to SVN, for inclusion in the 1.2.0a2 release due within the next few weeks.

If you are able to reproduce this bug in the 1.2.0a2 release, or SVN trunk code, Please change the status back to "Open", or open a new issue report with more information.

Again, thank you for your continued support and report.

It's the same with 1.2.0a2-SVN.
It's very easy to reproduce the problem. When we use the specials encoding HTML characters like & r a q u o ; in the summary or description the RSSOwl can't read correctly the flow.
If I look in the database I can see the following 7 characters & r a q u o ; in the concerned field.
But if I update the issue and I look again the same field these characters were changed by an only one : the 187 Dec. Code ASCII Character : >>.
After that le RSS flow is correct.

I hope that you can understand what I try to explain.
... and sorry for my poor english.

best regards

Moved to 1.2.x because we're still waiting for feedback and need to release 1.2.0a2
