Summary | 0008637: Setting Time Tracking Default Value
Description | It would be interesting be able to set a time tracking default value.
Additional Information | In most of use cases I write short notes, so I'd like to set a 5 minutes time tracking default value.
Tags | No tags attached. | ||||
The side effect of having a default is that when people add notes (where they have no attention to add time), then the default time will be added as well. I would rather have time as an explicit action that is taken by the user. If we ever find a need for default time / times, then we can introduce some button(s) with pre-configured durations that allows the user to set the duration in a single click. |

In the changelog of 1.3.0-beta.2 time tracking is deprecated. I think can be closed. |

caldarola, you might want to check the various plugins around time tracking and project management, e.g.https://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/timetracking |
