Description

When changing the translation of the current Mantis installation at http://www.mantisbt.org/bug to german the following warning message is printed on the top of the overview page ("Probleme anzeigen" / "View Issues"):

SYSTEM WARNING: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mantisbt/public_html/bugs/lang/strings_german.txt:1)

It seems that strings_german.txt file starts with a weird character.

I'm fixing that.
