Hello,

It seems that clicking on "View Issues" displays all the issues by default, whereas clicking on a project in the project list applies randomly the Hide Status filter on "Closed and above".
I had to inactive this default filter in the config.inc to make the issues list appear the same way when I click on view Issues or select a project.

Steps To Reproduce

CLick on view Issues and select project directly in the project list.
By selecting in the project list, closed issues and aboved are filtered.
