config_default_inc.php, $g_language_auto_map

'ja' => 'japanese_sjis'

but 'japanese_utf8' is more suitable.

because SJIS(japanese_utf8) uses a value from 00h to 7fh and is unlikely work with PHP. (see PHP Character Encoding Requirementshttp://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.mbstring.php )

please use 'japanese_utf8'. ( trunk and branch 1.0.0)
