Summary	0007344: config_defaults_inc.php: comment about inclusion of jpgraph actually wrong
Description	At the place in the configuration where the jpgraph usage can be switched on - after a correct install - the text says: You can place the package whereever you want, but you have `# to set the var in jpgraph.php eg. # (DEFINE('DIR_BASE','/www/mantisbt/jpgraph/');)` In the actual package, you can download from this place, configurations are done in file 'jpg-config.inc' and a setting named DIR_BASE does not exist anymore and/or is not necessary to set for a working installation.
