Summary	0007288: Add Functionality to paste a screen shot
Description	When a user finds a bug and wants to report it the most effective way to capture the error is to copy a screen print to the clipboard. The only way (I know of) to put this into Issue Tracker is to paste it int a document save it and then upload it. It would be really handy if you could just goto the image box and paste (ctrl-v) and the image attached to the issue.
