Summary0007240: return to issue (from login page) loses '?'
Description

When a user is not logged in and clicks on a link to an issue, e.g. http://bugs.mantisbt.org/view.php?id=7239 he gets redirected to the login page. In this case http://bugs.mantisbt.org/login_page.php?return=%2Fview.phpid%3D7239 .
In the return path, the "?" between view.php and id is missing so the redirect after logging in fails and the user sees an error page.

Additional Information

This is exspecially annoyong when clicking on links in the notification emails.
