Summary	0006989: Move Add Note Form
Description	I think it would be more useful if the Add Note form was located below the last note instead of above the first. Most new notes will typically reference the most previously posted note (at the bottom). So move the Add Note link to the top of the notes listings and the form to the bottom.

vboctor 2007-07-10 03:38 manager ~0014917	I am questioning if this really meets the bar of porting to the 1.0.x branch. I would rather not port it there.
