| Description | In Mantis'es login screen there's a checkbox saying "Save Login". Unfortunately it is not working. 1. Go to the Login screen and fill your user name and password, check the "Save Login" check box. 2. Click the "Login" button. 3. Once logged in click the "Logout" link - you will be redirected to the login screen but your user name/password info will no be there. Note: Don't get confused with Firefoxe's or other external software form completion capabilites who might do the job - it is not the mantis web application that remember's the login information as it should. | ||||||||

That's not what the "Save Login" checkbox is supposed to do. Please see the manual: http://manual.mantisbt.org/manual.page.descriptions.login.page.php [^] "There is also a Save Login checkbox to have the package remember that you are logged in between browser sessions" This means that if you log in and use the "Save Login" checkbox and then close your browser without logging out, when you next open your browser, you will still be logged in. If, however, you deliberately log out, it will log you out. |

Perhaps the checkbox label should be changed to something like "Keep me logged in" |
