Summary	0006715: wrong display of a "validate_email = OFF"-warning
Description	In the admin section there is a functionality called "Check Installation". Everything is true except the wrong message that "validate_email = OFF". That can't be because in the default config is turned on. I set it additionaly in the config.inc.php to "validate_email = ON;" but the wrong message is still there under "Check Installation". vboctor 2006-03-21 08:16 manager ~0012394	The captions of the tests are now changed to (to avoid confusion): Is validate_email set to OFF? Is check_mx_record set to OFF? The defaulting of the configuration options is now based on whether the hosting OS is Windows / Linux. This makes sure that the default settings will pass the checks.
