Summary	0006501: Categories can't be selected for filter-setting
Description	We have updated Mantis 1.0.0rc3 to Mantis 1.0.0rc4. Now it is not possible to set any categories for a Filter. No matter what categories we choose, it jumps always back to "all".

I noticed that if you activate the "advanced" interface, in reality the filter I choosen before is selected but it is also "[Any]", so I guess this could be the reason why it seems not to work at all
