0006227: Project names unique?

Description

Hi

Why project names must be unique? Aren't projects distinguished by theirs ids?

I think projects should have unique names but only in parent-project.
Example:

root
-project1
--subproject1
--subproject2
--subproject3
-project2
--subproject1
--subproject2
--subproject3

Maybe it could be hard to implement something like that. Maybe projects names shouldn't be unique at all?

(0013527) fman (reporter) 2006-09-28 08:42	IMHO SUBPROJECT names can't be forced to be unique, but PROJECT NAMES YES because will be confusing.
