Summary0006146: "$g_show_monitor_list_threshold" has no effect on the Bug History
Description

In the config_defaults_inc.php file, the "$g_show_monitor_list_threshold" variable is used to set the thershold needed to know who monitors an issue.
This variable has an effect on the "Users monitoring this issue" field but not in the "Issue History" field (in the view.php file).

Example: The bug 0005081 is monitored by godziu, sgrund, kbrown, gtomlin, thomaskm.... See in the "Issue History" table:

In the "View Issues" page, it is also possible to filter the issue according to who monitors the issue.
