Summary0006121: broken links with '-'
Description

I use together mailman with mantis and want to insert links to mailman archive to mantis issues. Mailman archive links looks like:

example.com/mailman/private/main/2005-August/000020.html

But mantis convert to hyperlink only part of this string:

"example.com/mailman/private/main/2005-"

and ignore rest: August/000020.html

It's look buggy. I think '-' char must be included in hyperlinks or must be option to include it.

Steps To Reproduce

Place link like: example.com/2005-August/test.html and see result:
http://example.com/2005-August/test.html

As you see from your example in this bug, the problem no longer exists in Mantis 1.0.0rc1. I'm not sure when exactly this problem was fixed, but upgrading to 1.0.0rc1 should certainly solve it.
