Summary0006112: user see the 'Assigned to' value while capability 'View Assigned To' have been disable
Description

To reproduce:

  • go on Manage/Manage configuration/Workflow Thresholds for All projects
  • disable Others/capability/view Assigned To for viewer and reporter
    ( note that disabling View changelog and history work)
  • logging back as reporter and select an issue: The assigned field on the simple or advanced view is displayed, with it's value
