Summary	0006013: Date filter for when an issues resolution or status was changed
Description	It would be nice to have 2 additional date filters so that we could search for all fixed bugs within the last seven days. Currently, if you use the date filter, it only reports issues that were opened in the last 7 days. And if you look at the "Changed" property, that can be misleading as an issue could have been fixed a year ago, but a note could have been added in the last 7 days. This would make the filters alot more powerful.
