Description	When writing an additional notice sheet to an issue inserting a url, which I've copied from the browser, after finishing the "Edit Task", the url is displayed malformed inside the issue display The (original) example: http://gamma.zerog.com/devnet_l/uT.jsp?page=kb/viewKB.jsp&itemID=289
