Description	1) View Issues 2) Click on "related to" 3) Enter "related to" 123 (some dummy). (After pressing RETURN, the filter is applied 4) Click on "Assigned to" 5) Choose some name 6) Presse "Apply Filter" Button 7) filter is applied, but related to entry is forgotten.
