| Description | Currently file_list_attachments() includes both the logic as well as the GUI. The code should be refactored into bug_get_attachments() which only has the logic, and file_list_attachments() which calls bug_get_attachments() then renders the results into HTML. Ideally, we should eventually remove the HTML stuff from file_list_attachments() as well, or it should be removed and replaced by some template work.
